This beast comes with a 321cc liquid-cooled engine with a 4-stroke DOHC. This engine has 4 valves and an electronic fuel injection system. The engine is designed as an In-line 2-cylinder engine, that gives better power generation and throttle response.
This powerful engine can generate a maximum torque of 42hp at 10,700 RPM and a maximum torque of 29.5nm at 9000 RPM. Mt-03 has a 6-speed gearbox and the gear ratios are, 1st gear – at 2.500 (35/14), 2nd gear – at 1.824 (31/17), 3rd gear – at 1.347 (31/23), 4th gear – at 1.086 (25/23), 5th gear – at 0.920 (23/25), 6th gear – at 0.800 (24/30).
The mileage of this motorcycle is decent in terms of performance. MT-03 has a mileage of around 26kmpl. But in the hard clutching time this mileage can drop to 20-22kmpl. The top speed of the motorcycle is around 181kmph and this motorcycle can easily achieve the speed of 0-60 in just 5 seconds.
